Ages: 6 yrs – 17 yrs + college players groups (18 +)

ALL FIELD PLAYERS + GOALKEEPERS WELCOME

This July, our Season Performance Prep Camp is focused on properly preparing our players for the demands of the upcoming fall season. We will be providing top level training from current professional coaches and pro players to help players perform and execute next season!

Our coaches will be guiding players through a challenging curriculum of dynamic exercises and game play to give them the edge over their opponent. We will be covering fundamental and advanced topics of the game through individual development exercises, high level technical drills and small-sided tactical games.

FIELD PLAYERS: For field players, we will be providing them an elite training environment focusing on ball mastery, first touch, speed of play, and finishing. We help players attain match level fitness through an intense training environment. Also, our training will be focused on helping players become more dangerous in attacking moments, and hone defensive techniques.

Finally, players will be exposed to pro performance specialists integrating essential movement mechanics, explosiveness, speed, agility, strength and fitness training to take their preparation to the next level.

GOALKEEPERS: For goalkeepers, an exclusive opportunity to work with top goalkeeper coaches and current professional players. This elite training will focus on integration of foundational movement / technique mechanics and the introduction of new technical skills. Our Goalkeeper Training Staff places an emphasis on holistic development improving goalkeepers effectiveness on and off the ball, positioning, speed of play and overall tactical awareness.
