SEASON PERFORMANCE PREP

This July, our Season Performance Prep Camp is focused on preparing our players for the increasing demands of their upcoming Fall seasons. We will be providing top level training from current professional coaches to help players prepare and be more effective in matchplay.

Our coaches will be guiding players through dynamic physical and technical exercises used by current professional academies and players to give them the edge over their opponent. We will be covering fundamental and advanced topics of crucial aspects of the game through individual development exercises, challenging technical drills and small-sided games.

For field players, we will be providing them an elite training environment focusing on ball mastery, speed of play, and end product execution. We help players discover ways they can become more dangerous attacking players and hone players’ instincts as quality defenders. Also, we will introduce players to training from professional performance specialists integrating essential aspects of movement, speed, agility, strength and fitness to prepare them for the demands of the upcoming season.

For goalkeepers, an exclusive opportunity to work with top professional goalkeeper coaches. This elite training will focus on integration of foundational movement / technique mechanics and the introduction of new technical skills. Our Goalkeeper staff places an emphasis on holistic development improving goalkeepers effectiveness on and off the ball, speed of play and overall tactical awareness.
