INDIVIDUAL TRAINING

What is Individual Training?

  • Individual Training is a high level private technical and performance training session geared towards elite player development. This training has been created to help players acquire and master necessary skills on and off the ball to compete at the highest level possible.

  • These sessions are held during the week and customized for each player depending on needs of each player, phase of their development, training, season and upcoming weekend matches.

  • Sessions are focused on techniques for increased ball mastery, introduction of new skills, speed of play, end product execution and deliberate match replicated training scenarios.

Partner training

What is partner Training?

  • Partner Training sessions are high level technical and performance training sessions for two players of similar age, level and/or training needs. Like our Individual training sessions, these are geared towards helping players acquire and master necessary skills on and off the ball to compete at the highest level possible.

  • These sessions are held during the week and customized for each partnership depending on needs of each player, phase of their development, training, season and upcoming weekend matches.

  • Sessions are focused on techniques for increased ball mastery, introduction of new skills, speed of play, end product execution and deliberate match replicated training scenarios.

Small group training

What is small group Training?

  • Exclusive small group technical and performance training for players interested in a high level, focused training environment. We are providing the highest level development methods and exercises for elite skills development and match play performance.

  • These sessions are held during the week and customized for each group depending on needs of each player, phase of their development, training, season and upcoming weekend matches.

  • Emphasis on elite movement training and integrating players ball mastery, first touch, speed of play, end product execution, positional focused exercises and increasing overall performance standards for the entire group.
